Tastes best with almost anything! Sandwiches, parathas, chaat, biryanis and whatever else you would like to have it with.

1 clove, medium sized
Pick and wash the Coriander and Mint Leaves.
Put all the above ingredients in a mixer, and grind it into a fine paste.
Put in an air-tight container and refrigerate to avoid the chutney from becoming dark because of oxidization.
Adding curd to the chutney keeps it from becoming dark.
