We have had it soo many times, that every time we called the restaurant for take-away, we would be asked if it's the 'regular' order!

Oyster / Fish sauce
Dark Soy Sauce
Garlic Paste OR
2 Spring Onion
4, cut into chunks
500 gms, flowerettes
4 - 5 cloves, chopped
1 - 2, slit
2 stalks, chopped
1 - 1.5 cups, uncooked
Wash and chop all the vegetables, and set aside.
Clean the chicken breasts, cut into chunks and marinate in half the soya sauce for atleast 30 minutes.
Mix all the sauces together with water, cornflour and sugar.
Heat oil in a wok, add the slit green chillies, garlic paste and chopped spring onion stalks and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.
Add the mushrooms, chicken and broccoli, and continue sautéing for another minute.
Then add the sauces and stir well. (you can change the consistency as required.)
Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes maximum.
Serve hot with white rice.
