INGREDIENTS Chicken Breasts Oil Oyster / Fish sauce Dark Soy Sauce Vinegar Water Cornflour Sugar Salt Broccoli Garlic Paste OR Garlic Green Chillies 2 Spring Onion Mushrooms Rice | QUANTITY 4, cut into chunks 1 tbsp 2 tbsp 2 tbsp 1 tbsp 1 cup 1.5 tsp 2 tbsp to taste 500 gms, flowerettes 2 tsp 4 - 5 cloves, chopped 1 - 2, slit 2 stalks, chopped 1 cup 1 - 1.5 cups, uncooked |
RECIPE
Wash and chop all the vegetables, and set aside.
Clean the chicken breasts, cut into chunks and marinate in half the soya sauce for atleast 30 minutes.
Mix all the sauces together with water, cornflour and sugar.
Heat oil in a wok, add the slit green chillies, garlic paste and chopped spring onion stalks and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.
Add the mushrooms, chicken and broccoli, and continue sautéing for another minute.
Then add the sauces and stir well. (you can change the consistency as required.)
Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes maximum.
Serve hot with white rice.
