INGREDIENTS Oil Mustard Seeds Ginger Curry Leaves Turmeric Powder Hing French Beans Coconut Salt Sugar | QUANTITY 2 tbsp 1 tsp 2 tbsp, chopped 10 - 15 1/2 tsp 1/4 tsp 500 gms, sliced 2 - 3 tbsp, fresh / dry to taste 1 tsp |
RECIPE
Chop the french beans and ginger.
Heat oil, add the ginger and mustard seeds. Allow them to cook, add the hing, curry leaves and turmeric powder.
Add the chopped french beans, coconut, salt and sugar.
Cook for 10-15 mins.
