PREP TIME MARINATION TOTAL TIME SERVINGS | 5 - 10 Minutes 1 - 2 Hours atleast 2 - 2.5 Hours 2 Portion |
INGREDIENTS Chicken Breasts Soya Sauce Lime Juice Worcestershire Sauce* Mustard Paste Garlic Paste OR Garlic Cloves, crushed Tobasco / Pepper Sauce Salt Pepper *Substitute for Worcester Sauce - 1tbsp | QUANTITY 4 40 ml 25ml 1tbsp 1/4 tsp 1 tsp 2 1/4 tsp 1tsp Tamarind Paste + 1 tsp Soya Sauce + 1 tsp Cider Vinegar + few drops of Pepper Sauce |
RECIPE
Clean and wash the chicken breasts, and make a few small cuts on them.
Mix all the ingredients in a ziplock bag to make the marinade.
Add the chicken to this and shake well.
Marinate it for atleast 1- 2 hours.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill it on a pan or in the oven.
Tastes best with Mushroom Gravy, Hot Parsley Potatoes and Tossed Salad.
