INGREDIENTS Moong Potatoes Onion Cabbage Garlic Paste Ginger Paste Green Chillies Coriander Leaves Amchur Powder Garam Masala Fresh Bread Crumbs Salt Oil | QUANTITY 100 gms, whole / split 2 medium, boiled 1 medium, chopped 100 gms, shredded 1 tsp 1 tsp 2 1/2 cup, chopped 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp 1/2 cup to taste to sauté |
RECIPE
Wash and soak the whole Moong for about 6-8 hours.
Boil the potatoes, peel, mash and set aside.
Chop the onion, and sauté it till it becomes golden brown.
Grind the whole moong along with ginger, garlic and green chillies into a rough paste, using as little water as possible.
Add all the masalas, chopped coriander leaves, bread crumbs, season and mix well.
Shape into round patties and cook using oil on a medium flame.
