Fresh Fruits (Apples, Bananas, Chickoo,
Pineapple, Pears, Oranges, Sweetlime
or any other fruits you like)
400 ml, thick, , not sour
As per your taste
Put the yogurt in a muslin cloth (thin cotton cloth) and hang it for atleast 3-4 hours, so that all the water from the yogurt is drained.
Remove in a bowl, whisk well to remove all the lumps, add the required amount of honey.
Serve with freshly cut fruits.
