One of our all time favorites!!
One of our friends, Anu, who has always believed herself to be a mediocre cook, but whenever she invites us for a meal, we are astounded at her amazing abilities in the kitchen!
I tasted this dish at her place for the first time. Before that, I had never imagined cooking potatoes and curd together! But what a mouth-watering and a satisfying dish this turned out to be! For the first time, I had more potatoes than Mitul did. I even took some from his plate!
Amazingly creamy, soft and delicious recipe.
Goes great with any salads, grilled meat or even eggs.
A must try!

RECIPE
Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker, de-steam, and allow to cool.
Whisk the yogurt well to remove any lumps.

Mash them well, adding the yogurt, milk and butter.
Once the potatoes are well mashed and mixed, add the salt and pepper, and stir again.
P.S. Goes best with Oven Grilled Chicken, Tossed Salad, and Gravy.
MY NOTES
I have tried to avoid using the proportional amount of butter, as I wanted to keep it a healthy recipe.
*The Buttermilk gives it a creamy and a slightly sour taste.
