Toss them, fry them, bake them or just steam them, anything to do with potatoes, and I probably won't even get a bite.
Whenever there’s salad or grilled meat for dinner, I always make some or the other variations of potatoes. The best part about potatoes is that, whatever you do, or however you cook them, you can never go wrong with them. They taste delicious with absolutely any combination of spices and cooking ways.
This is a simple and a quick recipe, with an absolutely gorgeous taste!

30 - 45 Minutes
Half boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker.
Allow to cool and cut into wedges with the skin on.
Sprinkle with 1 tbsp olive oil, parsley, chilli flakes and salt. Toss well.
Heat the remaining oil in a non - stick pan, and grill the potatoes till they become golden brown and crisp.
Tastes best as an accompaniment for Salads and Grilled Chicken
