This is one of them. I have always had 3 - 4 extra servings of this chutney whenever at a South Indian restaurant, and always wondered how do they make it so delicious!
The recipe couldn't be any simpler than this.
A very quick recipe and absolutely heavenly!

2 Portions (chutney lovers)
100 gms, fresh
2 tbsp, roasted
1 - 2 cloves

Put all chutney ingredients in a mixer and grind them to a fine paste using as much water as needed.
Heat oil, add urad dal, once it turns golden brown, add hing and kadipatta. Cook for a minute and pour over the chutney.
