Guessing the meaning of this title could turn out to be a fun game! And I am sure; it would take years of research and investigation to really know why in the world did I call it Dudie's chicken.
No, it’s not a new veggie in town, or a new cooking style, but named after the person for whom it was created, something like 'Peach Melba'.
My sisters sons name is Yudhi, and Ariana could only call him dudu / doodiee. The cousins had their first vacation together, and with the amount of jumping around and running around and chasing each other, they had to be paused for a quick and a healthy refill. That’s when this chicken prep became one of their favorites and a go-to for any meals.
It is a literally 5 minute recipe, with the most basic ingredients, and an extremely delicious one too.
P.S. I know the picture doesn't do justice to the dish, but I tried to do my best with a chicken-hungry-kid in one hand and the phone in the other :)
but I shall definitely try again to make the pics look as appealing as the dish :) .
