INGREDIENTS Garlic-Ginger paste Green Chilli paste Potatoes Peas Onion Carrot Cabbage Corn Kernels* Paneer Coriander Leaves Lemon Juice Salt Turmeric Powder Red Chilli Powder Semolina / Cornmeal flour | QUANTITY 1 tbsp 1 tsp 2, medium, boiled 1 cup, blanched 1 large, chopped 1, medium, diced 100 gms, shredded 100 gms 50 gms (optional) 1/2, chopped 1 tbsp to taste 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp to roll |
*If you are using fresh corn kernels, blanch them for atleast 10 minutes.
RECIPE
Boil the potatoes. Mash them with all the other ingredients, mix well.
Make flat, circular patties, roll them in semolina or cornmeal flour, and grill them on a non-stick pan using little oil.
P.S. Tastes best with ketchup, or even as a burger patty!
