It literally takes 10 minutes to make this delicious sabji, and with hot baked rotis with ghee, is heavenly!

Red Chilli Powder
4 - 5 cloves, crushed

2 tbsp, chopped
Cut the bhindi vertically, into 4 pieces each.
Heat oil, add the crushed garlic and green chilly. Cook for 2-3 minutes till the garlic is golden brown.
Add the cumin seeds, hing, and kokum. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Add haldi and red chilli powder to this, stir well. Add the bhindi immediately.
Season with salt, add chopped coriander, cook on a medium flame for 10-15 minutes.
