INGREDIENTS Chutney Coconut Chana Dal Garlic Green chilli Sugar Lemon Juice Salt Tadka Oil Urad Dal Hing Curry Leaves | QUANTITY 100 gms, fresh 2 tbsp, roasted 1 - 2 cloves 1 1 tsp 1 tbsp to taste 1 tbsp 2 tsp 1/2 tsp 10 - 15 |
RECIPE
Put all chutney ingredients in a mixer and grind them to a fine paste using as much water as needed.
Heat oil, add urad dal, once it turns golden brown, add hing and kadipatta. Cook for a minute and pour over the chutney.
