INGREDIENTS
3/4 th cup Milk
2 tbsp white Vinegar
1 cup Maida
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
2 tbsp Butter, melted
RECIPE
Combine the milk with vinegar and set aside to ''sour'' for 5 minutes.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add sugar to this mixture and mix well.
Whisk the egg and melted butter into the soured milk.
Pour the milk mixture into the flour, while mixing it with a whisk, to make sure no lumps remain.
Heat a large non-stick pan on medium heat, brush with oil, and pour a ladle-full of better on the pan. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook on the other side till golden brown.
