INGREDIENTS Mint Leaves Coriander Leaves Garlic Curd Green Chilli Lemon Sugar Salt | QUANTITY 1 cup 1/2 cup 1 clove, medium sized 1 tbsp 1, small 1/2, juiced 1/2 tsp to taste |
RECIPE
Pick and wash the Coriander and Mint Leaves.
Put all the above ingredients in a mixer, and grind it into a fine paste.
Put in an air-tight container and refrigerate to avoid the chutney from becoming dark because of oxidization.
Adding curd to the chutney keeps it from becoming dark.
