INGREDIENTS Raw Mango Onion Peanuts Jaggery Salt Red Chilli Powder Coriander Leaves Oil Mustard Seeds Cumin Seeds Fenugreek Seeds Curry Leaves Hing | QUANTITY 1 medium 1 medium 3 tbsp, roasted and crushed 4 tbsp (for medium sour mangoes) to taste 2 tsp 2 tbsp 1 tbsp 1 tsp 1/2 tsp 1/4 tsp 10 - 12 1/4 tsp |
RECIPE
Roughly grate the raw mango and the onion.
Add red chilli powder, salt, jaggery, chopped coriander leaves and ground peanuts. Mix well, set aside.
Heat oil, add the fenugreek and mustard seeds, allow them to crackle. Add cumin seeds, hing and curry leaves.
Pour the tadka on the chutney and stir well.
