INGREDIENTS Mint Garlic Green Chilli Lemon Juice Pani Puri Masala* PANI PURI MASALA Cumin Seeds Coriander Seeds Red Chili Powder Dry Mango Powder Black Pepper Powder Black Salt Asafoetida | QUANTITY 2 medium bunches 1 clove, small 1, small 2 tsp 2 tbsp 5 gms 25 gms 25 gms 50 gms 10 gms 1 tsp 1/2 tsp |
RECIPE
Pick and wash the mint leaves.
Add the mint leaves, garlic clove, green chilli, lemon and salt in a mixer grinder and make a fine paste.
Add this paste to 1.5 litres of water along with the pani puri masala.
Adjust the salt according to your taste.
Serve chilled.
PANI PURI MASALA
Roast the cumin and coriander seeds and grind them into a fine powder with all the other ingredients.
Store in an airtight container.
P.S. This is one of the most important ingredients for Pani Puri.
