INGREDIENTS Bhindi Garlic Green Chilli Kokum Oil Jeera Hing Turmeric Powder Red Chilli Powder Coriander Salt | QUANTITY 750 gms 4 - 5 cloves, crushed 1, crushed 2 - 3 2 tbsp 1 tsp 1/2 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp 2 tbsp, chopped to taste |
RECIPE
Cut the bhindi vertically, into 4 pieces each.
Heat oil, add the crushed garlic and green chilly. Cook for 2-3 minutes till the garlic is golden brown.
Add the cumin seeds, hing, and kokum. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Add haldi and red chilli powder to this, stir well. Add the bhindi immediately.
Season with salt, add chopped coriander, cook on a medium flame for 10-15 minutes.
